If I had to recap my feedback about Jacinto Vallejo in one sentence it would be as follows: I would work with him anywhere, on any team, at any time. Jacinto has been a pleasure to work with and a real asset to the huge success of the INFOSIS rollout. But, since I have the opportunity to provide more than 1 line of feedback, let me explain his contribution in a little more detail.

The INFOSIS project needed a lot of help on the Crystal Report writing side. While our previous Consultants had provided a framework from which to move forward, there were a lot of problems with the code in each report. Each of the 76 Crystal Reports had to essentially be re-worked to make them meet the specs I had originally set out. Significant work was necessary for us to be able to successfully roll out INFOSIS and to get it out before it was too late. I am confident that without him, the project may have been seriously at risk of cancellation, which would have been a very big disappointment to me and our field users.

Jacinto's dedication to the success of this project has been tremendous. Not only did he grasp Crystal very quickly (based on my understanding that he was fairly new to using this tool), but he also picked up on the Pepsi Business just as quickly. He has become an invaluable IT partner since with little explanation and time, he quickly grasps what I am looking for and comes up with creative solutions for solving the difficult problems.

Jacinto has always been willing to listen to my non-technical explanations of what I want to do and explain to me what is possible and not possible - based on how Crystal works but in language that I can understand. From a business user standpoint, this is invaluable. He has been a delight to work with, and as much as I am thrilled to see him move forward in his education, it is with great sadness that I see him potentially move on to other opportunities. He has made this project a success, and me a success with the 3000 business users I support. He will be greatly missed from our team.

I wish him only the best in his future endeavors, but am hoping that we will be able to continue the partnership, even if on a part-time basis. I thank Jacinto, and the other members of your organization for your support provided on this critical project.
